Donald D. Slominski, Jr.

Executive Chairman of the Board

Don was elected executive chairman of the board of directors for McNaughton-McKay in 2023 after serving as chief executive officer since 2005. He previously held the roles of chief financial officer and president. Don joined the company in 1996 as the director of finance.

Prior to McNaughton-McKay, Don was a senior manager in the assurance practice of KPMG, a global accounting and consulting firm.

He received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Don currently serves on the board of directors for Affiliated Distributors and is a past member of the board of EDGE Global Supply.

Mark Borin

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mark Borin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mark joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company as president in 2020 and was elected as chief executive officer in 2023.

Prior to joining the company, Mark spent 12 years at Pentair plc, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Pentair, Mark worked for Big Four accounting firm KPMG LLP for 19 years where he served as an audit partner.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from the University of Michigan and is a certified public accountant.

David Dozier

President, The Reynolds Company

David joined The Reynolds Company in 1996 as a business development manager and progressed to senior vice president. David was announced as president of The Reynolds Company in 2020.

David has served on many industry boards including the AD Electrical Board, supplyFORCE Board and nVent HOFFMAN Distributor Advisory Board.

David holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Laura Del Pup

General Counsel

Laura has served as general counsel for McNaughton-McKay Electric Company since joining the company in 2012.

Prior to joining McNaughton-McKay, Laura was a partner at Clark Hill PLC and specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, transactional law and nonprofit law.

Laura received her juris doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2001.

Steven Guidry

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Steven joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company in 2025 as executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining the company, Steven most recently served as senior vice president of supplier relations at Affiliated Distributors (AD), where he helped guide the strategic integration of AD and IMARK’s electrical divisions. Steven’s career spans 30 years in the electrical distribution and manufacturing sector, including leadership roles at The Reynolds Company (a member of McNaughton McKay Group), Panduit, and JD Martin Co.

Steven holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Cole Harrison

Vice President - Shared Services

Cole joined The Reynolds Company in 2015 as director of operations before progressing to vice president of operations. Cole was announced as vice president of shared services in 2022.

Prior to joining the company, Cole held several leadership positions in sales and operations at another electrical distributor.

Cole holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.

Adrienne Myrand

Vice President, Human Resources

Adrienne joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company as vice president of human resources in 2022.

Prior to joining the company, Adrienne most recently served as vice president of human resources at Eissmann Group Automotive and before that spent 15 years at Faurecia, an automotive supplier. During her career at Faurecia, Adrienne held various leadership roles including director of Faurecia University, director of global talent acquisition and director of global talent management.

Adrienne holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from Tiffin University.

Matt Nowicki

Executive Vice President and CFO

Matt joined McNaughton-McKay Electric Company as executive vice president and CFO in 2024.

Prior to joining the company, Matt served 3 years as vice president of finance of the water division at Rheem and three years as vice president of finance and CFO at Carlisle Fluid Technologies. Matt spent over 9 years at Pentair in progressive global finance leadership roles, including 3 years abroad in Switzerland.

Matt holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a MAcc from the University of Wisconsin.

Walt Reynolds

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Development

Walt joined The Reynolds Company in 1989 as sales trainee and advanced into multiple leadership roles before becoming president and CEO in 1998.

After The Reynolds Company joined forces with McNaughton-McKay Electric Company in 2018, Walt became the COO of McNaughton-McKay from 2019-2023. He is now the executive vice president of strategy and development and has a passion for developing our empowered owners.
